  • Embedded content. Some pages include content embedded from other websites, such as Google Maps, YouTube, or Facebook. These providers may collect information about you, such as your IP address, when you view that content, under their own privacy policies.

4. Do we use cookies and other tracking technologies?

In short: Yes. We use cookies and similar technologies for analytics, advertising measurement, and security.

We and our service providers use cookies and similar tracking technologies (like web beacons and pixels) to collect and store information when you visit our website. We use Google Tag Manager to manage these tools, which may include Google Analytics and advertising measurement tags. These technologies help us understand how visitors use our website, measure the effectiveness of our advertising, and protect our forms from spam.

Most web browsers are set to accept cookies by default. You can usually set your browser to remove or reject cookies. You can also opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, and manage Google ad personalization at https://adssettings.google.com. If you choose to remove or reject cookies, some features of our website may not work as intended.

5. How long do we keep your information?

In short: We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy notice, unless otherwise required by law.

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy notice, such as responding to your inquiry, performing and warrantying our work, and maintaining business records, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements).

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

6. How do we keep your information safe?

In short: We aim to protect your personal information through a system of organizational and technical security measures.

We have implemented appropriate and reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections to our website. However, despite our safeguards and efforts to secure your information, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security and improperly collect, access, steal, or modify your information. Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, transmission of personal information to and from our website is at your own risk.

7. Do we collect information from minors?

In short: We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age.

Our Services are intended for property owners, businesses, and other adults. We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 18 years of age. In short: You may review, change, or delete the personal information you have given us, and you can opt out of marketing at any time.

Withdrawing your consent. If we are relying on your consent to process your personal information, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us using the details in "How can you contact us about this notice?" below. This will not affect the lawfulness of processing before its withdrawal, nor processing based on other lawful grounds.

Opting out of marketing and promotional communications. You can unsubscribe from our marketing communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in our emails, or by contacting us. You will then be removed from our marketing lists. We may still contact you about an active quote or project, or for other non-marketing purposes.

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy notice.
