New York based company acquiring a 3,000+ sq ft warehouse to install a Flooring Pigments Manufacturing Facility in the Florida area. Location was requiring concrete repairs and floor epoxy coating over the entire concrete slab. Concrete was repaired, patched and coated with 2 layers of 100% solid epoxy (safety yellow pigmented) and top coated with an abrasion resistant layer of polyurethane to create the required protection and performance required in the facility's floor where forklifts and pallet jacks will operate as well as a manufacturing-mixing production line was about to be installed.
